The importance of selecting the right hearing device is critical to successfully treating your hearing loss. We understand for most patients, the purchase of a hearing device is not an everyday occurrence. Hearing Wise acts as your advocate, guiding you through the entire process.
Determining Your Needs
When you first speak with a Hearing Wise representative, you will be asked a series of questions concerning your activity level and listening environments which create difficulty for you. This helps us to determine what type of hearing loss you may be experiencing and the design and technology levels best suited for you. We will use this information in conjunction with your budget to review the different types of hearing aids available.

Face-to-Face Visit Fitting
The best way to assure successful fitting is a face-to-face consultation with an audiologist or dispenser. This is why Hearing Wise never dispenses (sells) hearing aids directly to the patient. Instead, we will schedule a complimentary exam at one of our accredited clinics.

Looking Out For Your Interests
Hearing Wise guides you through the entire process. We even check in during your appointment to ensure you are comfortable with the process and address any concerns at that point. After your audiologist confirms your order, we will help you with insurance and payment arrangements.

Put Your New Hearing Aids to the Test
After you receive your hearing aids, your in-home trial begins. Take this opportunity to see how they enhance your life as your go about your daily activities. Better hearing is a rehabilitative process and takes time. Remember, you didn't lose your hearing overnight. You will be hearing sounds and voices you have been missing for years. You may have to return to your provider for adjustments - all at no charge to you. With a little time and patience you will adjust to the new aids and how well you are hearing again.
